Owned and operated by Evan Giard and his wife Keely, Farm Hill Builders was built with the goal of helping homeowners bring their dream home to life. Evan brings over 10 years of experience in the construction field, beginning with residential remodeling and then further expanding to new construction as well as commercial construction.

With 9 years of work as a Firefighter in the Vermont Air National Guard, while also serving as an EMT in his town, Evan's passion for building was molded by his desire to help others in his local community.

Servicing Chittenden and surrounding Counties, Farm Hill Builders provides new home construction, remodels, custom tile work, home weatherization and consulting services.
