We describe our approach to food as “Trish Bistro” – where the emphasis is on a fusion of traditional Irish fare and American favorites with an Irish Twist.

The Vermont Pub and Brewery brews a variety of all malt ales and beers on the premises. Each handcrafted to provide more aroma, body, flavor and natural goodness. The restaurant provides full service menu in a casual but elegant atmosphere.

Higher Ground is the region's premiere nightclub and music hall. The concert venue is currently relocating from its old home in Winooski, where it hosted over 300 shows a year from Norah Jones to Godsmack, to 1214 Williston Road in So. Burlington.
