HowardCenter is a private, nonprofit organization, providing support and treatment for children, families, and individuals; a flexible and prompt crisis response; mental health counseling; substance abuse treatment; and intensive services for people with mental illness, people with developmental disabilities, and children experiencing serious emotional disturbances.
