 | We’re well acquainted with our 9-5s, but have you tapped into the power of your 5-9?
We’re living through unprecedented times. Burnout is at an all time high. People feel disconnected from themselves, their work, and their social circles. Feel relatable? You’re not alone.
The good news is that there’s a huge body of science on how small lifestyle changes can lead to big improvements (think: drinking a cold glass of water in the morning, not: throwing out all of the snacks in your pantry). By focusing on what really matters to us, designing a plan that works for our unique lives, and aligning these plans with research, it only takes a tiny bit of energy to feel a whole lot better. We can slowly but surely lighten feelings of burnout, loneliness, and exhaustion. Without overhauling our lives.
Join BYP at Hotel Champlain for a workshop with Owner and Habit Coach of FullCore Health & Wellness, Azilee Curl. Azilee will share what your brain is doing in detachment mode and how you can get it back to baseline. We’ll workshop plans to reclaim your 5-9, giving you the opportunity to leave with a small, achievable, science-backed first step to having better days (including at work!). We’ll end with open networking time at Original Skiff.
Thank you to FullCore Health & Wellness, Hotel Champlain, and Redstone for supporting this event!
About our presenter: Azilee Curl came to Vermont to study at UVM and fell in love with the community. She graduated with a degree in neuroscience and behavior change health studies. Azilee spent her early career as a clinical researcher for the University of Vermont and a wearable ring start-up, Happy Sleep. Prior to starting her own business, she managed the development of a coaching-based corporate wellness program for large companies. In 2025, she embarked on her own venture to spread the neuroscience of wellness as a Certified Habit Coach. FullCore Health & Wellness offers 1:1 coaching to guide people through changing everyday behaviors—sleep, stress, movement, food, routines, boundaries—without just their willpower. When she’s not co-working at Hula, Azilee can be found enjoying the great outdoors, doing CrossFit with her beloved HWPO Gym VT community, and cooking delicious, nutritious meals with her fiancé, Hailey, and their friends.
