The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA) is a non-profit trade association established in 1985 by Vermont Captive Insurance Company managers. The VCIA, on behalf of it's 500+ members, develops and implements legislation, policies, support services and educational opportunities that promote the captive insurance industry.
