VEOC is a statewide non-profit program that aims to facilitate the sales of businesses to their employees. In addition to our annual Vermont Employee Ownership conference, we provide: information on employee ownership, preliminary assessments of potential buy outs, loans for such deals via our revolving loan fund, and referrals to professionals who can help make deals happen.
