Our farm on Lake Champlain is a home to sheep, chickens, llamas, beef cows, bees, and one of my most recent projects. We offer boutique farm stays in our guest cottage. My father - a retired large animal veterinarian - is always on hand to teach me a new trick or two about husbandry. He once said, “Mika, you aren’t a real farmer until you’ve chased cattle and found the break in the line.” We are master fence menders and animal chasers at Stoneledge Farm. And when I am not farming, I am designing.
I have a studio on Pine Street in Burlington, VT. The studio is where my design world is anchored. It is here where our team draws upon my travels and collections to style and design for our amazing clients. The studio is where we receive clients, vendors, and friends. As proud as I am of the design business I have created, I am also proud of the type of client we attract and keep.
