Q:
Is this place quick, or does it take a while to order and wait for food?
A:
It wasn't really quick, but not slow either. I'd say the ordering and wait time was about average. The food is definitely worth it!

We came for dinner early on a Monday evening, the place was almost empty (great time to go if it's crowded on the weekend!). We started with a hummus plate, absolutely excellent, we needed more pita to finish it. I got a meatball shawarma wrap which was quite good, though the chicken tagine my wife got was even better. Definitely worth checking out especially if Church St is crowded.

I hope this little gem makes it! The food was amazing- the hummus with warm pitas and kabobs were delicious. Upgrade to get the rice with pine nuts and raisins. So much food and a great price. BYOB. Free parking. Really, you can't go wrong. My 13 year old daughter who is picky tried the shwarma wrap and loved it!

Wonderful experience, beautiful food and staff. Bring your own wine restaurant. Great ambiance. Don't miss the chakchouka.

Awful. From service to setting and food, this place is just terrible. We were never given water and had to ask to order after 20 minutes of waiting with no one coming over to us, never got the drinks we ordered...a 10 year old was literally in charge of servicing tables. Food was forgettable and overpriced. Just don't go and have a much better meal anywhere else.

Quaint restaurant about a mile from downtown. Plenty of parking around.
We came here on the last night of our stay in Burlington and thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. We got the taste of Morocco platter and everything was very delicious. My personal favorite was the zaalouk. It had very nice roasted eggplant flavor which other places lack.
We then got a lamb shank tagine and it was fall off the bone tender. Worth a try if you're a lamb fan!
We also got the Morrison style fries, cause why not? The fries were crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth in the inside.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John W.VT, VT01Mar 24, 2023
This is such a wonderful experience. Beautiful BYOB space with the warm setting sun lighting the western facing windows, the Moroccan music, and aesthetic make it a very comfortable space. The apps were amazing, and distinctive, and the entrees were huge.

We were passing and stopped on a whim, so glad we did! The food was excellent. We had chicken tagine, kabob, and chicken schwarma wrap. Our server said the schwarmas were new, testing them out. It was one of the best I've ever had. Please keep it on the menu! I was surprised how empty the restaurant was given the quality of the food and nice ambiance. Will definitely be coming back!

One of the most underrated restaurants in Burlington. The food is always so fresh! We loved all the dips but the hummus is some the best I've had in my life. The kebabs are delicious and come with a yummy salad, crispy fries, and rice (don't forget to upgrade with pine nuts and raisins!). I can't wait to come back and try the wraps that are on their summer menu. Portions are generous, service is friendly, and BYOB is a huge plus as well!
