Met with Dave a few months ago and asked if he would match the deal the guys down the road we're giving me. He confirmed that he could. It took me about 3 months to save up for my down payment and I didn't speak with Dave at all during that time even he reached out. Long story short, Dave kept his word and promise on the cost of the tub while the other guys went back on our negotiated price and raised my cost by a grand. Dave Bristol from Allen Pools is the man! We ended up buying a better tub. Dave gave me his cell number, I was able to text any and all questions I had, whether night time or weekends and he was happy to help. I would and will recommend Allen Pools to anyone looking for a hot tub. Everything from the purchase to the installation was easy and smooth.

We bought our hot tub during Covid and went with Allen Pools & Spa ...why? I have no idea! But I am so grateful we did!!! Not only is our hot tub amazin, their customer service is INCREDIBLE!!! So kind, so helpful, so welcoming, so patient with me and my ridiculous ineptitude, really unbelievable. We have had our tub for 18 mos. and am grateful every day we work with the folks at Allen in Williston--what a gift!!!

This has been the best experience I have ever had in buying something. I am extremely happy with the way everyone talked to me answered a million question about the product and when we picked our tub the relationship didn't end like most other places. They emails after about a week or so a few times asking how the tub was and if we needed anything to enhance our experience with our tub. We did have to call device for a quick technical switch on the panel no big deal. The entire experience was second to non. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are great and friendly people and have a great product.

We took the time to compare the different areas dealers and we went with Allen Pools and Spa simply for the fact that they have an onsite service department and I felt comfortable working with Kevin.

In the installation of the unit Kevin took the time to stop by and do a site review and when the unit was placed, quick to follow up. The only hiccup in the whole process is the seemingly random failing of a pressure switch which caused the unit to lose heat and the water to drop into the 90's.

The first time it happened Kevin stopped by and got the spa working as expected and they followed up with a service call. The switch unfortunately failed again two days before Christmas and the weather turning for the worse and Kevin again came by on Christmas Eve Day and we can't thank him enough. As Kevin noted, I sold you that spa, my name is on it too.

We recognize that not all products perform 100% out of the box and we are appreciative of the personal service provided. We would completely purchase again from Allen Pools and Spas, not because of the product, but solely because of the attention to service provided.

Now that the weather is again reasonable - time to hot tub!

Extremely eager to be helpful. They tested my water for free, even though my hot tub did not come from Allen Pools & Spas. They gave detailed recommendations without any sales-pitch either. Highly recommend these folks!

Bought my tub tub a few years ago here and had zero issues. This week I thought it died. It stopped working and could not hold temps. Jay on the service team and Mark in the field came to the rescue and made my day. They came out in less than 4 hours. Turns out it was just a simple filter unit clog. Back in business. Best news I had that day. Thanks guys!!!
